To friends who actually asked for this, sorry I really thought I had published the pic of our home during the day. Well, here goes.

More pics of our home
The stairs... specially posted for F.H.A. aka Bondimac - hope this will give you some idea for your home renovation
Another shot of the stairs, with my model Asha
Our guest room - that door leads to the ensuite shower/toilet. This is also my day room - where I do my prayers during lunch time (sometimes too lazy to go upstairs heheh)
We bought the table and chairs from different vendors. The chair is from Thomson Furniture (from where we got the Living Room sofa)
the family lounge . . . it could've been a void, but later we've decided to close it to make an additional family area - for group praying (Solat Jemaah) and to read Quran with family
More visitors... Homo Sapiens (heheh Human Kind)
More visitors to our home... no, not snakes, but friends from work.
Kolin, wife Sue and son Joshua, dropped by to get some ideas for their proposed home. Spent a good couple of hours - hopefully the land issues can be sorted soon!
Tom Anthoni (Belgian, Risks Engineer with Marsh UK) and Haji Shahrildin (GM Takaful BIBD), with whom I've spend the whole of last week surveying BSP main operations.

Special Visitors . . . . scaly visitors
We have three special visitors of the scaly kind in 2 weeks: a couple of snakes and a monitor lizard!
The first snake was a baby python which I suspected was attracted to the number of frogs during the weeklong heavy downpour. I had to call my father in law to catch the snake and move it somewhere else.
The second was a monitor lizard, and I guess it came from the swampy area behind our house.
The third snake, is the size of a thumb and 3 feet long. Its got red stripes along its back and when I wiki'ed it, believe it was a ribbon snake.
3 months today - 09.08.08
It is now 3 months since we moved in our new home. So far so good, Alhamdulillah.
So, what next? Hari Raya Aidil Fitri (Eid Mubarak) is less than 2 months away, and we probably need to sort out the 'lampu cucul' - lights decoration (normally lit on during functions, and during hari raya); new carpets (we currently only have one); hang the 'Al-Quran verses on the walls, and yeah, order Hari Raya biscuits. Now that I have my own oven, I can probably try to bake my own biscuits, to complement my cheese cake heheh.
Anyway, more updates with the photos soon.
CIliqueen & Sis Gina, see, updated kan heheheh
